Can I get a V.A.T Receipt?
If you require a Vat receipt THEN YOU CAN PRESS THE “REQUEST V.A.T RECIEPT) ONCE YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT OR contact info@sandandgraveldirect.co.uk (View V.A.T RECIEPT. And show me the design)

How will my material be supplied?
Sand and Gravel Direct will supply loose materials on either a 10 tonne, 20 tonne or Articulated Vehicle. For Bulk Bags, we will deliver these in either a van or a larger articulated vehicle. Please specify if you have any access restrictions
When will my material be supplied?
Delivery for standard materials is usually within 48 hours,some specialised materials may take longer, please contact us for advice
We offer a number of services. 24hr delivery and timed delivery (if available) for a small additional charge
Where will my material be supplied to?
We will deliver your product to the address you have requested.
Will you deliver my product directly to where I intend to use it?
Sand and Gravel Direct are unable to guarantee we will be able to supply your product to exactly where you require it to be placed. Reasons for this may be - Access may be unsuitable due to width, length, height, obstructions, too dangerous etc... If you have any concerns regarding this please contact us on 08458726446
For all bagged materials we offer a kerbside service which means you will have to move the product to the designate area of use.
Will I be contacted prior to the delivery?
Sand and Gravel will only contact you if there are any issues prior to delivery.

How many products do you offer?
On the Sand and Gravel website we offer over 90 products and 20 services
Am I able to get samples?
Sand and gravel direct are happy to offer small samples of Decorative materials on request at a small charge for postage and packaging.
Why do i need to open an account?
All account customers will receive exclusive offers highlighted in our news letter.
